Frequently Asked Questions

1How do I get an extended warranty?

When you order your server or professional workstation from us you will be given options for extended warranties by your account manager. All you need to do is tell your account manager at time of order which service you would like and the destination/location of the equipment. Your account manager will do the rest.

2What areas do you cover?

Our engineers will cover all of the United Kingdom mainland for extended warranty call-outs. Outside of UK Mainland may include an additional surcharge which will be built into the warranty cost you pay for – this may include locations as the Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland, for example.

3Do you provide warranty on 3rd party equipment?

We only provide warranty on systems we have built and tested ourselves. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee both the reliability of a 3rd party assembled system or that components would be available.

4Do you offer spares packs?

In 90% of our current customers warranty agreements a spares pack is provided within the price by our warranty partner and will be brought to site during the call out. In 10% of cases the complexity of the systems we build could mean that an additional “fixed onsite” spares pack is to be purchased upfront. This would be kept alongside the warrantied equipment at the same location. This is essential if your system has non-stocked standard parts, such as high-end CPUs and GPU’s.
